Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to deliver products at the earliest so you can make the most of their purchase at the earliest.
Since we do not have control over the logistics partners and their functioning, there might be instances that the product deliveries might get delayed.

Products will be shipped within 2-7 working days of order being placed. FURSTGEAR is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

FURSTGEAR is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer although we take at most care to pack and ship out the products. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact us at info@furstgear.com

FURSTGEAR decides the cost of the shipping based on the distance, service provider used and other costs incurred in packaging, labor etc. The shipping price will be as indicated on the website and cannot be renegotiated.

RETURN POLICY

Products can be returned if a wrong product is delivered or if the product delivered has manufacturing defect. The product should be returned within 15 days. Although the product should remain in its original packaging and should not be damaged only then the product can be accepted back. The customer needs to intimate us via email info@furstgear.com before sending the product back.

Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will update you on the process of return or refund depending on the availability of the product.

While returning the product we recommend using a registered logistics provider so that your order can be tracked. FURSTGEAR is not responsible if the order does not reach us for any reason

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
  • Pre-order / custom made products
  • Hygiene related items

Exchanges

We do not exchange for other products after purchase. We only provide exchange of products which have manufacturing defect based on availability of the product.
